Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an expert in SAP SD/EDI.

As a Senior Associate, you will play a vital role in solving complex business issues from strategy to execution, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.

Prior experience in the following areas is essential:

  • Developing self-awareness through reflection and feedback
  • Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in chosen domains
  • Creating Client Proof of Concept (POC)/Point of View (POV) for integrating emerging technologies like Blockchain, AI, etc., into existing product platforms
  • Mentoring junior resources within the team, conducting Knowledge Sharing Sessions (KSS), and lessons learned
  • Adapting to stretch opportunities and assignments
  • Exhibiting critical thinking and problem-solving skills to bring order to unstructured problems
  • Reviewing ticket quality and deliverables
  • Providing status reports for projects
  • Ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and having experience in incident management, change management, and problem management
  • Reviewing work and that of others for quality, accuracy, and relevance
  • Utilizing tools available for given situations and explaining reasons for their choice
  • Seeking and embracing opportunities that provide exposure to different situations, environments, and perspectives
  • Communicating effectively, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others
  • Modifying behavior to build quality relationships
  • Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
  • Demonstrating leadership capabilities by working with clients directly and leading engagement
  • Working in a team environment that includes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration

Required Skills:

  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience on the SD module in Support/Implementation projects
  • Experience should be in version ECC 6 and have expertise with S/4 HANA
  • Hands-on experience in configuring/defining the following in the SD module:
  • SAP SD- Order Management
  • SAP SD- Various Pricing techniques
  • SAP SD- Delivery
  • SAP SD- Shipment
  • SAP SD- Billing
  • SAP SD- Outputs/BRF+ controls
  • SAP SD- Credit Management
  • SAP SD- Sales business process such as Third-Party Sales, Intercompany Sales, Cash Sales, Rush orders , Individual purchase orders, Stock Transport orders
  • Strong experience in interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC with necessary technical knowledge
  • Excellent skills in Project Management, Functional business analysis, and development methodologies

Preferred Skills:

  • SAP Certification on SD Module and S/4 HANA Sales
  • SAP GTS/ Vistex/ SAP CS and SAP IS retail experience will be an added advantage
  • Strong understanding of integration with other modules like FI/CO, MM, PS, HR
  • Hands-on experience in Tools like Service now, Solution Manager, Jira, HP4, MQC,LSMW etc.
