Senior Software Developer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions using Java and Spring Boot.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing scalable enterprise-grade solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
  • Leveraging your technical expertise to lead and mentor junior developers in delivering high-quality code and best practices
  • Providing hands-on technical leadership by actively participating in coding, code reviews, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborating with clients to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs
  • Developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and integrating with internal and third-party systems
  • Working with messaging systems such as JMS, Kafka, or Kinesis for real-time data processing

You will also have the opportunity to:

  • Work with cross-functional teams including architects, DevOps, and QA to ensure seamless delivery
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into our projects where feasible
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Strong experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development
  • Hands-on experience with Hibernate and Microservices
  • Familiarity with Spring Cloud and Spring Integration
  • Experience with messaging systems like JMS (e.g., MQ, Tibco), Kafka, or Kinesis
  • Proven ability to lead teams and interact with stakeholders or clients directly
