Job Overview

We're looking for a skilled Junior UI/UX Designer to collaborate with our cross-functional teams and create seamless, user-friendly experiences for customers across all touchpoints.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in both product design and brand-focused design projects. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive, visually appealing, and functional user interfaces for our digital products (web and mobile).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into user-centric designs.
  • Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
  • Participate in user testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.
  • Evaluate designs against our product's design system and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships or freelance work may be considered).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • A solid understanding of UI design principles, UX best practices, and responsive design.
  • Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in designing for Dashboards & Websites.
  • Familiarity with design systems and UI kits.
  • Experience in motion design or animations.
  • Understanding of user research methodologies.
