Job Title: E-commerce Brand Manager

We are committed to delivering quality services and customer-centric approach at Be U Natural, with over 20 locations across Delhi, NCR, and other major cities.

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Brand Manager to drive online marketing initiatives, elevate our brand presence, and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing with proven success in executing multi-channel campaigns that build brand loyalty, engagement, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with Be U Natural's growth objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
  • Develop and oversee high-impact campaigns across social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing to maximize brand visibility.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn by creating engaging content, interacting with our audience, and using analytics to optimize engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics to refine campaigns, optimize ROI, and report results to senior leadership regularly.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand reach and appeal.
  • Work closely with the CRM team to design and execute remarketing strategies, keeping customers engaged and driving repeat business.
  • Optimize Be U Natural's digital presence for each salon location, ensuring accurate and appealing listings on Google My Business, Maps, and other relevant platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously refine and improve Be U Natural's digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or retail industry.
  • Proven experience in managing successful digital campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO tools, social media platforms).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
