  • Create detailed drawings and specifications for plumbing and fire fighting systems.
  • Prepare and submit tender drawings, calculation notes, and shop drawings.
  • Manage the selection and preparation of materials, and coordinate with suppliers for quotations and technical documents.
  • Determine the functional and spatial requirements of MEP systems, collaborating with consultants and other teams.
  • Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawing and specification documents.
  • Develop project schedules, progress reports, and cost estimates.
  • Prepare material lists and perform other duties as assigned.
