Job Summary

As a senior network engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex network architectures. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues using advanced analytical skills.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver Tier 3 telephony and hardware support.
  • Interface with customers, support teams, and vendors to resolve network problems efficiently.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in GTD-5 hardware support and telephony troubleshooting.
  • Experience with call processing and translations is essential.
  • Familiarity with central office procedures and ISO27001 compliance.
  • Strong communication, customer focus, and documentation skills are required.
