Job Description

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR while contributing to the growth and success of a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with potential candidates.
  • Explain job requirements and expectations to prospective candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Prior experience or internships in HR or a related field is a plus but not required.
