You will work closely with product and engineering teams to prototype, fine-tune, and productionize AI models that power intelligent automation and real-world advisory systems.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Design, build, and optimize machine learning models for multi-turn dialogue, entity extraction, reasoning, and decision-making.">
  • Evaluate model performance using qualitative and quantitative methods (BLEU, ROUGE, Precision/Recall, etc.)">
  • Fine-tune LLMs (e.g., GPT, Mistral, LLaMA) for domain-specific use cases using open-source frameworks.">
  • Contribute to rapid experimentation pipelines and scalable AI deployments.">
  • Work with platform engineers to package models for secure, efficient inference (on-premise/cloud).">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 1–2 years of experience in applied ML or AI research roles.">
  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering or Data Scientist.">
  • Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, HuggingFace, or LangChain.">
  • Experience fine-tuning or customizing LLMs, especially for reasoning, dialogue, or retrieval-augmented generation.">
  • Strong understanding of NLP and generative model architectures.">
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.">
  • Pre: Familiarity with agent frameworks or function-calling architectures.">
