Key Responsibilities

  • Apply motion to static designs to create scroll-stopping ad sequences.
  • Support the creation of effects like screen shakes, zoom-ins, object trails, dissolves, and lighting flares that elevate gameplay.
  • Learn how storytelling, psychology, and motion design intersect in gaming performance marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with video editors and creative strategists to deliver polished animations under guidance.
  • Experiment with AI tools to boost creative workflows.
Requirements
  • Foundational understanding of animation principles, visual rhythm, and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • A reel or portfolio showcasing animation work.
