ServiceNow Security Expert
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Security Expert to join our team. With 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and at least 2-3 implementations in Security Operations (SecOps), you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects that require end-to-end implementation and expertise in SecOps, Vulnerability Response (VR), and Security Incident Response (SIR).
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) module configuration and customization.
- Familiarity with best practices in IT security, vulnerability management, and incident response procedures.
- Experience integrating third-party security data sources and tools into ServiceNow.
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide) and proficiency in developing Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for SIR and/or VR modules.
- Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow environments (10,000+ users).
- Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., GRC, ITSM, App Engine).
Key Competencies:
- Advanced configuration and customization of SecOps (SIR & VR) module.
- Translation of business requirements into secure workflows through solution design.
