Job Title: Cloud Service Architect

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves installing, configuring, and monitoring on-premises and cloud infrastructure using Microsoft technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of networking protocols, security principles, and IT best practices. They should be proficient in operating systems Windows Server and virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise network topologies using Microsoft virtualization technologies.
  • Maintaining and deploying wireless networks for remote buildings and corporate offices.
  • Deploying and managing cloud infrastructure to support cloud migration and delivery of technology solutions using Microsoft Azure resources.
  • Supporting and managing Office 365 users, hybrid exchange server configuration, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint environments.
  • Supporting and managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Services, and other key services.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar.
  • Proficiency in operating systems Windows Server and virtualization technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security principles, and IT best practices.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms like Azure.

Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are desirable.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
