Job Title: Xamarin Lead/Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Xamarin Lead/Architect to join our team at PrismHR. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex mobile applications using Xamarin and the new Maui framework.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement complex mobile applications using Xamarin and the new Maui framework.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to create world-class mobile applications.
  • Architectural Solutions: Lead the development of architectural solutions that meet the client's business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
  • Technical Standards: Define and maintain technical standards and guidelines for mobile application development.
  • Security and Optimization: Develop and implement strategies for mobile application security, performance optimization, and scalability.
  • Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team.
  • Technology Advancements: Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile application development and provide recommendations to the team and stakeholders.
  • Integration: Collaborate with other teams to integrate mobile applications with backend systems, APIs, and other third-party services.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in mobile application development using Xamarin, C#,.NET, and related technologies.
  • Maui Framework: Experience in developing mobile applications using the new Maui framework is required.
  • Software Architecture: Strong experience in software architecture and design patterns.
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams of developers.
  • Methodologies: Good understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Database and Push Notifications: Worked on SQLite or similar databases and implemented push notifications.
  • Custom UI Components: Designed custom UI components.
  • Libraries and Frameworks: Worked on libraries for face recognition, QR code, PDF, graphs for mobile applications, and understanding of Enterprise Frameworks, Release procedures, and development environments.
  • Business Communication: Demonstrated ability in communicating with business users and assessing their needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability in providing solutions and working through the full development life cycle.
  • Time Management: Time management skills.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving: Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
