As a Senior Design Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design process of industrial projects and data centers. With 14+ years of experience in the field, you will oversee the development of advance manufacturing facilities for chemical, fine chemicals, and specialty chemicals.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in master planning, concept layouts, working drawings, and construction drawings. Additionally, they should be familiar with 3D platforms like Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.

We are looking for someone who can prepare detailed designs, including façade and fenestration, interiors, sanitation, and plumbing conceptualization to detail engineering. They should also be able to prepare design basis reports and room books, as well as guide a team of Revit modelers in developing BIM models meeting LOD 100 to 400 requirements.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to review and ensure quality control on the models. They should also be able to extract layouts from 3D models, prepare site works tenders, and provide procurement assistance.
