Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

As a key member of our team, the Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all needs and inquiries.

  • The successful candidate will gather and analyze client briefs to comprehend their objectives, preferences, and expectations for advertising campaigns or projects.
  • He/She will liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects while meeting client expectations and deadlines.
  • Key responsibilities include preparing and presenting advertising proposals, campaign strategies, progress reports, and performance analytics to clients, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • The ideal candidate will offer strategic advice and recommendations to clients based on market trends, consumer insights, and advertising best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Client concerns, complaints, or conflicts will be addressed promptly and professionally, seeking mutually beneficial resolutions to maintain positive client relationships.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability to build and deliver engaging client presentations, are required.
  • Proficiency in MS Word/Excel for drafting briefs, reports, and documents is necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint / Google Slides for building decks and client presentations is also required.
  • Highly organized individuals with strong attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passionate about advertising, brand building, and creative communication.
