Functional Architect Job Description

This position plays a highly strategic and visible role to enable successful go-lives for HCM Cloud implementation projects. The candidate will be responsible for resolving issues in implementation projects, building POCs during the sales cycle, working on enhancing existing tools and accelerators, and building new tools and accelerators.

  • Technical Skills:

The ideal candidate should have expertise in multiple HCM Cloud modules and exposure to the entire HCM Cloud suite. They should also have experience working with ODA in a functional capacity.

  • Required Qualifications:

The candidate should have worked as a functional lead or architect for implementing HCM Cloud for one or more geographies (EMEA, APAC, North America, Latin America). They should be able to identify and resolve issues that are encountered during test cycles.
