Customer Outreach Specialist

This role is ideal for individuals who excel in communication and relationship-building. As a Customer Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting potential students through outbound calls.

About the Role:
  • Contact potential students based on provided leads databases
  • Effectively communicate course offerings, key features, and program benefits
  • Identify and understand student needs to recommend suitable learning solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversion status

The successful candidate will be able to meet or exceed assigned targets for daily calls, lead conversions, and enrollments while staying well-informed about current and upcoming courses, pricing plans, offers, and company services.

Requirements:
  • 1 year experience in student counseling
