About This Role:

We're seeking a skilled Prompt Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this position, you'll design and develop AI prompts for large language models (LLMs) to support FinTech applications.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Prompts Development: Create and maintain prompt libraries for various AI-powered features across our platforms.
  • Workflows Design: Develop prompt templates and workflows for financial data analysis, risk assessment, and customer support.
  • Prompts Integration: Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into existing web applications and tools.
  • Evaluation and Iteration: Test, evaluate, and iterate on prompt performance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • API Collaboration: Work with APIs from AI service providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, etc.).
  • Feature Implementation: Collaborate with development team to implement AI features in frontend and backend systems.
  • Conversational Interface: Develop conversational AI interfaces for customer interactions and financial advisory services.
  • Documentation and Best Practices: Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering workflows.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on different prompt variations to optimize performance.
  • Tech Research: Research and implement emerging prompt engineering techniques and methodologies.
