Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our Farvision system. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with experience in ERP management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ERP Operations Management: Manage and oversee daily ERP operations across modules, ensuring smooth workflow and accuracy.
  • Data Entry and Validation: Handle data entry, validation, and reporting to maintain compliance.
  • User Support: Provide support to end-users by resolving functional and technical issues related to Farvision ERP.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate, analyze, and share MIS reports and dashboards as per business needs.
  • Coordination and Enhancement: Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Timely Billing and Invoicing: Ensure timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking using Farvision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ERP Experience: 2-5 years of proven hands-on experience in Farvision ERP.
  • Business Process Knowledge: Good understanding of real estate/construction business processes.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of CRM, Sales, Finance, Projects, Purchase, and Inventory modules. Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate insightful MIS reports. Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Education: Graduate in Commerce/Management/IT/Finance or equivalent.

Additional Requirements:

  • Prior work experience in real estate, construction, or related industries will be an added advantage.
