Job Overview:

This role is responsible for implementing and configuring advanced security solutions for financial databases in a cloud environment. The successful candidate will design and architect secure database solutions, implement security controls, and manage migrations from on-premises to cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deploy secure database configurations in cloud environments.
  • Develop and implement data encryption, access control, and auditing strategies.
  • Design and execute database migration plans to cloud platforms.
  • Maintain and improve existing security solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert knowledge and support for Oracle Database, Goldengate, Exadata, and other related technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and security best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of database security tools and technologies.
  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and other related management tools.
  • Understanding of Linux/Unix and Wintel operating systems, network architecture, and load balancing concepts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with audit and compliance teams.
