\Job Description:
\- We are seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst to join our team in Pune, India. As a key member of our data analytics group, you will be responsible for analyzing business client needs and documenting requirements using business analysis procedures and concepts.
- You will assess the applicability of previous or similar experiences and evaluate options under circumstances not covered by procedures or precedents. Additionally, you will identify risks and consider business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
- You will create and prepare reports, metrics, and presentations to communicate your findings to stakeholders. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in driving business decisions and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
\- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Data Analyst
- Excellent analytical and reasoning skills
- Working experience in BFSI - corporate preferred
- Sound knowledge of query languages (SQL and/or others)
- Good understanding of different data modeling approaches
- Sound knowledge of big data and cloud ecosystem
