Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in process optimization and be able to streamline city requirements.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Planning, creating, and executing processes to gather city requirements and take actions accordingly.
  • Ensuring city operations run smoothly by assisting with quick config changes.
  • Educating all city POCs on product knowledge.
  • Process-oriented professional setting up processes and ensuring adherence.
  • Excellent communication skills, developing precise product descriptions/docs briefs for business and tech teams.

The successful candidate will be a tech-aware individual understanding how tech products work and will be skilled in using Excel, Google Forms, Docs etc.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Problem-solving skills to define issues, problems, and opportunities, generating different courses of action.
  • A hustler mentality, able to hustle to get things done with available resources.
  • Understanding of product development, feature understanding, and roadmap.
