Data Engineering Role Overview

This is a data engineering role where you will design, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using modern cloud & big data platforms.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement data solutions.

  • We are looking for someone with strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and PySpark.
  • A strong background in ETL, data pipelines, structured/unstructured data is also required.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Databricks (Delta Lake, Workflows, CLI, Job Clusters, Workspace).
  • Cloud Data Warehousing expertise in Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks SQL or equivalent is necessary.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, Flask/FastAPI and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is also preferred.
  • Familiarity with the ML lifecycle and libraries like scikit-learn and XGBoost is an asset.
  • A strong understanding of CI/CD, Git, orchestration tools like Airflow/Prefect is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience in building scalable data pipelines and working on modern cloud & big data platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
