Job Description

We are seeking an experienced electrical engineer to lead our solar design team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in inverter technology, PVsyst simulations, and grid compliance.

The selected individual will be responsible for evaluating and comparing inverter and module technologies, designing string configurations, and determining block sizing for efficient solar plant operation. They will also conduct thorough PVsyst simulations, iterating for accurate energy yield estimations, and ensure compliance with grid requirements for ground-mounted solar plants.

In addition, the successful candidate will prepare and analyze array layouts, DC, AC, and MV cable routing using AutoCAD, perform sizing calculations for earthing, lightning protection, illumination, battery, UPS, switchgears, etc., and develop comprehensive solar plant BOQ and technical specifications for all electrical equipment.

Key Accountabilities:
