Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Design Expert to lead our product design initiatives.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface and user experience design, with expertise in creating visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality visual designs for our products, incorporating research insights and user feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain and evolve our design systems and guidelines to support future growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve our design processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools, with ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong visual design skills, including proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bonus points for basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, motion graphic design skills, and proficiency in After Effects or Premiere Pro.
