Job Overview

Key responsibilities include providing technical support to installation companies, handling and logging all technical calls/emails, performing quality checks, and maintaining CRM records.

  • Assist with troubleshooting and problem resolution for customers.
  • Manage and document all technical interactions.
  • Monitor installation quality and gather installer feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Escalate critical issues to the Construction Manager as needed.
  • Coordinate post-installation smart meter applications.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prioritize customer service requests.

A strong background in engineering or technical support, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential for this position. Knowledge of solar, battery systems, and electrical diagrams is also highly valued.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in the solar industry or relevant education is desirable.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • A technical support or service engineer background is necessary.
