Senior Fashion Consultant Role Overview

The Senior Fashion Consultant is a key role within our organization, responsible for providing expert fashion advice to clients. This position requires strong knowledge of designer collections, fabrics, and styles to advise clients on the perfect outfit for any occasion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their preferences and requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest designer collections, colour options, and fabric choices to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Sales and Order Processing: Sell merchandise and process customized orders efficiently and effectively.
  • Business Development: Generate and pursue leads to expand the client base, contributing to business growth.
  • Client Communication: Follow-up with clients via phone or email to address their requests and questions in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess exceptional communication, sales, and customer service skills to interact with clients at all levels.
  • Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in WhatsApp and MS Office to effectively manage client relationships and administrative tasks.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the visual merchandising team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Networking and Social Media: Leverage good networking and social media skills to expand the client base and promote the business.
