Job Title: Visionary Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and innovative visual communications specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with a passion for creating engaging and effective visual content.

  • Develop consistent visual identities for digital, print, and multimedia campaigns across the globe.
  • Create captivating graphic assets for websites, apps, social media, newsletters, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Design captivating 3D visuals, motion graphics, and short videos for global campaigns that leave a lasting impression.
  • Produce attractive PDFs and corporate documents ready for investors, partners, and international presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and visual impact.
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, effective, and memorable visuals that tell a story.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines with precision and attention to detail.
  • Stay updated with the latest design, UI/UX, and global visual trends to deliver cutting-edge designs.
Requirements
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in professional design with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, and corporate materials.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with 3D design, animation, and video editing.
  • Solid knowledge of UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
  • Ability to create interactive presentations and attractive PDFs.
  • Excellent storytelling skills through design and visuals.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Experience with Figma or Sketch for prototyping.
  • Knowledge of digital illustration and infographic design.
  • Experience in international campaigns with broad reach.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for collaboration with development teams.
  • Strong ability to connect strategic creativity with business goals.
