Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our software testing training program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to stay current with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver comprehensive software testing training programs for students
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in software testing techniques
  • Prepare candidates to work on real-world projects and succeed in interviews
  • Enhance students' knowledge and skills in software testing

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Depth knowledge of manual testing, Selenium-Java, SQL, ISTQB, and practical experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle end-to-end training
  • Experience in giving training through online platforms
  • Passion for sharing skills with new learners and enthusiasm for learning
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in manual & automation testing (functional / non-functional)
  • Real-time project experience in Selenium with Java/Python, API Postman testing, and RESTful API Automation Testing
  • Awareness of BDD Cucumber framework, POM Frameworks, and building automation frameworks from scratch
