AML Techno-Functional Analyst

  • Support AML systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Responsible for incident management, service requests, and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor batch jobs, interfaces, and environment validations to maintain system integrity.
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  3. Troubleshoot complex technical issues using SQL/PLSQL, Unix/Linux scripting, and analytical skills.
  4. Ensure timely deployment and Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in application support, preferably in Banking/AML.
  • Experience working with FCRM / Actimize applications is an asset.
  • Strong foundation in SQL/PLSQL and Unix/Linux scripting is essential.
  • Familiarity with incident management tools like ServiceNow or Jira is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of banking compliance regulations including AML/KYC/Sanctions is necessary.
  • Ability to work in shift support, especially US shifts.

As a seasoned Techno-Functional Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business and technology teams, automating processes, analyzing compliance data, and ensuring effective transaction monitoring and regulatory compliance.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

  • Advanced understanding of SQL/PLSQL and Unix/Linux scripting.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow or Jira incident management tools.
