We seek an experienced HR leader to lead our human resources initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and streamlining the HRBP model within their assigned cluster. They will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring smooth execution of Talent Management, Performance Management System, Employee Engagement, and Compliance.
- HRBP Implementation: Ensure the rollout and operationalization of the HRBP framework.
- Business Partnering: Work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business needs.
- Talent and Performance Management: Drive performance management system completion, job rotations, and performance improvement plan processes.
- Employee Engagement: Oversee town halls, grievance redressal, and employee recognition. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure wage compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
