About the Role:

Our organization seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Oracle ERP/EPM engineering team in Hyderabad. As a people leader, you will manage a high-performing team of Engineers, Senior Engineers, and Principal Engineers. Your focus will be on performance management, career development, and ensuring team members are engaged, supported, and growing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing ERP/EPM engineering team in Hyderabad.
  • Drive performance management, including goal setting, regular check-ins, coaching, and annual reviews.
  • Partner with HR to manage talent development, employee engagement, retention, and career growth.
  • Foster a culture of learning and collaboration among team members.
  • Act as the on-site leader, ensuring smooth communication between US leadership and India-based team members.
  • Work closely with US leadership to align on guidance, strategic direction, and resource planning.
  • Support workforce planning, including hiring, onboarding, and skill development.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and belonging in everyday team practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 years of IT/ERP/EPM experience, with at least 3+ years in a people management or team leadership role.
  • Strong experience in performance management, coaching, and talent development.
  • Proven ability to build high-performing teams and foster employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate globally.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Adaptability, empathy, and resilience in dynamic environments.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels of the organization.
