Job Title: Accounting Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with expertise in managing end-to-end accounting functions.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage the accounting function, overseeing daily operations, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets for management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management, making strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Establish and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and processes, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making, collaborating with leadership to drive business growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and financial systems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
