About the Role

This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software quality assurance, particularly in senior or lead roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading QA projects and implementing automation strategies using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, focusing on both functional and non-functional testing. They should also have excellent problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to diagnose complex issues and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-browser and mobile testing, utilizing cloud-based platforms like BrowserStack or Sauce Labs for comprehensive coverage
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative team culture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of QA processes
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in software testing, such as ISTQB, are highly desirable.

Extensive experience with full-stack testing, including expertise in front-end, back-end, APIs, databases, and mobile platforms, is preferred. Proficiency in tools like Postman for API testing or JMeter for performance testing is also highly valued.
