Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Flutter developer with 3–4 years of experience to join our team at Trantor. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in building and maintaining cross-platform applications, particularly those utilizing Flutter Web.

You will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality, scalable, and accessible applications. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform applications using Flutter (mobile and web).
  • Implementing state management using Provider effectively for scalable applications.
  • Collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver new features and improvements.
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance across platforms.
  • Ensuring accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA standards) for web and mobile apps.
  • Staying up-to-date with Flutter ecosystem updates, packages, and industry trends.

Must-Have Skills:

Required Skills
  • 3–4 years of professional experience as a Flutter developer.
  • Proven experience in Flutter Web development.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Provider for state management.
  • Solid understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, and rendering pipeline.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON data.
  • Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflows.

Good-to-Have:

  • Experience building animations and smooth UI transitions in Flutter.
  • Knowledge of Accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA).
  • Familiarity with performance optimization and app lifecycle management.
  • Exposure to other state management approaches (e.g., Riverpod, BLoC, Redux)
