The Network and Enterprise Cyber Security Lead oversees all aspects of network and cyber security delivery, ensuring customer needs are met. Key responsibilities include resource planning, staffing needs, cost estimation, budget development, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of a team of 350+ professionals, overseeing their performance and growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, focusing on operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of network and cyber security services, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics for improvement.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance network and cyber security delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, identifying opportunities and challenges in the industry.
  • Collaborate with other leaders and teams to share best practices and ensure consistency across locations.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting an environment of continuous learning and improvement, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Support career development and skill enhancement through training and professional growth initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies, incorporating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into practice.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Several years of experience in IT, preferably in network or cyber security, with significant leadership or management experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of network and enterprise cyber security, including the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage performance, develop talent, and make strong decisions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Experience in managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering high-quality service.
  • Operational Excellence: Knowledge of operational best practices in the ECS industry, including process improvement, quality management, and performance metrics.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Experience in managing change, implementing new processes, systems, or strategies, and leading teams through transformation.
  • Cultural Awareness: In a global environment, understanding and respecting cultural differences is essential. Experience working with international clients or managing multicultural teams can be beneficial.
