High-Resolution Optics Specialist NeededJob Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-resolution imaging with clean contrast across various use cases. This includes designing optics systems for reliability and upgradeability, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure deterministic beam control and intuitive imaging controls, and translating complex optics theories into practical solutions.

  • Design and develop high-resolution optics systems that meet or exceed performance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Electronics and Software teams to ensure seamless integration and deterministic beam control.
  • Communicate complex optics concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Deep experience in electron optics, including hands-on work with alignment, vacuum hardware, and lab metrology is required. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, moving between modeling, bench work, and factory documentation. Strong communication skills are also essential for turning complex ideas into simple, teachable procedures.
