Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Safety Engineer to join our team at Sepam. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of personnel on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Safety Policies: Create and enforce safety policies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct Regular Site Inspections: Monitor site activities to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead Safety Training Sessions: Provide training to employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and equipment operation.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Document all safety-related incidents, near-misses, and corrective actions taken.

Requirements:

  • Strong Safety Knowledge: Proven experience in developing and implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and providing safety training.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams to adopt safe working practices.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to convey safety information to employees at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions to mitigate risks.
