Job Overview
Financial AccountantOur organization seeks a skilled and experienced Financial Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Manage cash flow by ensuring efficient transactions and minimizing bad debts.
- Collaborate with the tax department to ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
- Implement and maintain accounting software to streamline financial processes.
- Prepare and submit tax-related documents as required.
- Develop and manage financial reports for senior management.
- Supervise a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure effective team performance.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external agencies, such as banks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (BCom/MCom) or Chartered Accountancy (CA Inter) or Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICWA).
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a branch accounting role.
