HR Business Partner Role

We're seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to drive business impact through innovative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, providing insights and recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Talent Management: Lead end-to-end talent acquisition aligned with our company culture and objectives, drive succession planning, and career development initiatives.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor for employee concerns and conflict resolution, fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Support managers in fair and consistent performance evaluations, implement performance improvement plans, and provide coaching for growth.
  • Organizational Development: Assist in organizational change management and restructuring, facilitate training and skill enhancement programs.
  • Data & Analytics: Leverage HR metrics to guide decision-making, prepare and present HR reports to senior management.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
