Cloud Strategist

At our organization, we empower clients to future-proof their businesses by leveraging Cloud and Analytics.

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Strategist who will consult with clients and propose architectural solutions to migrate infra from on-premise to cloud or optimize cloud spend from one public cloud to another.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experiment with new age cloud offerings and define best practices as a thought leader for cloud and Dev-Ops.
  • Continuously augment skills and learn new tech as the technology and client needs evolve.
  • Build hybrid-cloud solutions for customers using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Provide leadership to project teams and facilitate the definition of project deliverables around core Cloud-based technology and methods.
  • Define tracking mechanisms and ensure IT standards and methodology are met; deliver quality results.
  • Participate in technical reviews of requirements, designs, code, and other artifacts.
  • Identify and stay up-to-date with new technical concepts in GCP.
  • Advise clients on security, risk, and compliance matters, including access management, network setup, and regulatory compliance.
  • Establish credibility with clients and teams through passionate, persuasive communication.

Educational Qualification:

We value passion and experience over formal education. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering from a reputable institution is preferred, but not mandatory. You should have at least 8+ years of experience with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud Computing (GCP) and IT operational experience in a global enterprise environment.

A minimum of 4+ years of proven experience as a GCP Architect is required, along with in-depth knowledge of GCP services, including compute, storage, networking, and databases.

Only Google Cloud Certified candidates will be considered.
