Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled developer to join our team and work on the Guidewire Policy Center.

  • This role requires a strong understanding of configuration and integration principles in Guidewire Policy Center.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working on integration frameworks, knowledge of common design patterns used by Policy Center, including typical internal and external systems.
  • Expertise in rating and administration management is also required.
  • Experience with one programming language (Java or Python) is necessary.
  • Certification in Guidewire Cloud Certified Associate Developer and Integration Specialist is mandatory.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with product teams and subject matter experts to design and develop approaches for configuration, effort estimation, and build of design documents.
  • They will be responsible for coding, designing, developing, configuring, and unit testing enhancements and defects.
  • Contribution to future development as a key member of the development team is expected.
  • Experience in the personal line insurance industry domain is desirable.
  • Assistance with production support for the platform by analyzing logs, identifying potential problems and defects, and root cause analysis of problems for the highly available business solution is also required.
