Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing life and annuity insurance claims, conducting investigations, and making payments. You will also work closely with onshore, offshore, and customer teams to ensure smooth communication and high-quality service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years of experience in life and annuity product administration
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and suggest solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and typing speed of 35 words per minute
