As a Creative Strategist, you will produce high-quality visual content for marketing initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand our strategic positioning and target audience, and develop creative concepts that resonate with them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Concept Development: Produce sketches, storyboards, and roughs to visualize ideas and bring them to life.
  • Team Collaboration: Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media to ensure seamless execution.
  • Project Management: Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines, managing and delegating responsibilities to other designers as needed.
  • Training and Coaching: Train, assign, schedule, and coach employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
