Job Title: Visual Communicator

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for developing and executing creative visual strategies that align with our brand identity. You'll work closely with marketing, design, and digital teams to bring ideas to life through innovative designs, ensuring consistency and impact in every piece of content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling visual concepts for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website assets, email templates, and printing collateral.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually engaging designs that meet business objectives.
  • Design illustrations, icons, infographics, and other custom visuals as needed, staying up-to-date with design trends and best practices.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design work, adhering to established guidelines and ensuring a cohesive visual language.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
  • Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional design experience (experience in the sports, wellness, or FMCG industry is an asset).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across different mediums.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
  • Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
