As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless service operations, and championing our brand values. Your mission will involve being the face of our restaurant, leading the floor with warmth, and coaching and guiding your colleagues to provide outstanding service.

• Be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming and memorable experience.
• Coordinate tables, manage service flow, and handle any issues promptly and professionally.
• Elevate guest satisfaction by ensuring that every visit is an unforgettable experience.
• Support and develop your colleagues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

• 2-4 years of experience in restaurants, premium casual dining, or hospitality.
• A natural ability to connect with people, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• The confidence and poise to thrive under pressure, even during busy periods.
• Fluency in English and Hindi/Punjabi, enabling effective communication with diverse customers.
• A growth mindset, eager to learn and take on new challenges as our business expands.
