Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

About the Role

As a Tableau Data Visualization Expert at Genpact, you will be responsible for optimizing dashboards for performance, manipulating metadata, and leveraging Tableau extensions. You must have a passion for visual design and user experience, be comfortable analyzing business reports, and be able to make suggestions for improving performance and usability. Additionally, you should be comfortable turning around complete proofs of concept (PoCs) in 1-2 days and have experience with Tableau Prep and Ask Data.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize dashboards for performance using your expertise in Tableau.
  • Manipulate metadata to improve data analysis and visualization.
  • Leverage Tableau extensions to enhance data visualization capabilities.
  • Analyze business reports and provide recommendations for improving performance and usability.
  • Develop and implement effective data visualization strategies to meet business needs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong experience with Tableau development, including complex data models.
  • Solid relevant experience in SQL, including techniques such as Greenplum, AWS Aurora, and Postgres.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with creative problem-solving and logical thinking.
  • Development experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Solid grasp of distributed architecture.
