You will be responsible for:

  • Defining and executing the AI/ML roadmap that powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models to enhance user experiences.
  • Championing the integration of AI and LLMs to drive developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Leveraging recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and elevate overall customer experience.
  • Deploying LLM-based solutions to elevate customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement.
  • Advanced analytics for business growth: Lead the analytics initiatives that drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights.
  • Team leadership & innovation: Build, inspire, and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. Ensure timely execution of high-impact AI/ML projects.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI/ML innovations with business objectives, enhancing both product development and user satisfaction.
  • Drive operational excellence: Implement best practices in data science, ensuring operational efficiency and scaling AI solutions that directly impact business KPIs.
  • Strategic partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with top academic institutions and tech companies to stay at the forefront of AI/ML innovations

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 18 years of technology leadership experience, including 5+ years in AI product development (AI/ML/LLM implementation in B2C/B2B applications)
  • B.E./B.Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science or related field from Tier 1 or Premium Engineering Institutions; MBA or executive education preferred

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in AI/ML/LLM technologies such as Langchain, GPT APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Recommendation Systems, AutoML
  • Data intelligence: Real-time analytics, data pipelines, customer journey insights, churn prediction models
  • Programming skills in Python, R, or other languages for data science
  • Strong strategic, creative, and analytical skills to develop and scale plans, strategies, and tactics for a business model
