Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: 4-10 years of professional experience as a Software Developer/Engineer with a focus on Backend Development (preferably MERN stack).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, Databases (SQL/NoSQL), and API design.
  • Fundamental Knowledge: Solid understanding of backend fundamentals such as RESTful APIs, authentication, server-side logic, and performance optimization.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Pedagogical Skills: Passion for knowledge-sharing, mentoring, and guiding students.
