Job Title: Senior Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.
- Support internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely completion with accurate documentation.
- Handle reconciliations for bank, vendor, customer, inter-company, and other accounts.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to drive business decisions.
- Monitor working capital, including receivables follow-up and vendor payments to optimize cash flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- A semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA-Inter) with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems such as SAP or Tally.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
