Job Description

As an Account Director (Events), you will be responsible for curating events and pitches, developing presentations and pitches according to industry trends, and liaising between departments. You will also understand client needs and provide conceptual inputs to the design and production teams, align client expectations with team deliveries, and prepare detailed project plans.

You will be part of event execution, overseeing briefs, planning, communication, artist coordination, and venue suggestions. Additionally, you will oversee the writing of brief summaries, check and guide on checklists and manuals, manage and develop cost and profit projections, and anchor and deliver large-medium format multiple pitches.

You will ensure timely invoicing and payment collection, research trends, ideas, and technology to give us an edge, and direct accountability for projects and concepts. You will also monitor competition, devise counter strategies, quickly identify and prioritize needs/risks, and develop solutions.

You will manage tasks, including manpower planning, monitoring and controlling vendors, conduct research on existing and prospective clients for in-depth analysis of their businesses and associated needs, identify and develop new streams for revenue growth, and manage or lead multiple projects and client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

This role requires at least 9 years of experience in a similar position and is based in Delhi and Mumbai.
